Charleston families and the Family Court

Charleston-area family law cases are heard by the South Carolina Family Court for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, covering Charleston and Berkeley Counties, with Family Court sessions in downtown Charleston and Moncks Corner. Summerville families in Dorchester County fall under the First Judicial Circuit. Our session reports are objective, timestamped, and formatted so they can be filed with the court, delivered to your attorney, or shared with a guardian ad litem.

Bridges shouldn't complicate visitation Lowcountry traffic is real. We schedule sessions on the side of the metro where the child lives — Mount Pleasant families meet in Mount Pleasant, Summerville families in Summerville — so nobody spends the visit window on the Ravenel or I-526.

Pricing

Same flat rate across the Lowcountry: $150 one-time intake, $65/hour for sessions, $10 per session report (first two per month free). Two-hour minimum. No mileage. No monthly fees.
