Supervised visitation in Greenville — the Upstate's hub

Greenville County is South Carolina's most populous county, and its namesake city anchors an Upstate corridor that runs from Travelers Rest down through downtown Greenville to Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Fountain Inn — with Greer and Taylors filling in the east side toward Spartanburg. The Upstate's rapid growth means busy Family Court dockets and long waits for court-connected services; a professional private provider keeps parenting time moving.

TruVisit South Carolina supervisors meet Upstate families at locations close to the child's home. We don't charge mileage and we don't build the schedule around our convenience.

Greenville-area communities we regularly serve

  • Downtown Greenville and the West End — along the Reedy River
  • Greer and Taylors — the Wade Hampton corridor toward Spartanburg
  • Mauldin, Simpsonville, and Five Forks — the Golden Strip along I-385
  • Fountain Inn — the southern end of the Golden Strip
  • Travelers Rest and Berea — north and west Greenville County
  • Easley and Powdersville — just across the Pickens County line

  • Unity Park — the newer downtown park with playgrounds and open lawns
  • Cleveland Park — playgrounds and picnic shelters near the Swamp Rabbit Trail

Greenville families and the Family Court

Greenville family law cases are heard by the South Carolina Family Court for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, which covers Greenville and Pickens Counties and sits at the Greenville County Family Court in downtown Greenville. Our session reports are written in objective, non-editorial language, timestamped throughout the visit, and formatted so they can be filed with the court, delivered to your attorney, or shared with a guardian ad litem.

Visits stay in your part of the Upstate Hearings happen downtown, but visits don't have to. Simpsonville families meet in Simpsonville, Greer families in Greer — the child stays in familiar surroundings and nobody burns the session on I-385.

Pricing

Same flat rate across the Upstate: $150 one-time intake, $65/hour for sessions, $10 per session report (first two per month free). Two-hour minimum. No mileage. No monthly fees.
